Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use Creativ Studio.
Version 2026-08-13.1
1. Who we are
Creativ Studio is operated by [TO CONFIRM: registered company name, number and address]. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You must provide a real email address and verify it. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain repeated signup credits.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may close your account at any time from your profile. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
3. Credits and payment
- Generation is paid for with credits, bought outright or included in a subscription. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails through no fault of yours, the credits are returned automatically.
- Credits expire after the period shown at purchase. Expired credits are not refunded.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from the billing portal at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- [TO CONFIRM: statutory withdrawal/cooling-off rights, refund policy, and how they interact with credits already spent.]
4. What you may generate
The Content Policy forms part of these terms. Generation requests are screened automatically, and we may refuse, remove or report content that breaches it.
- You must hold the rights to any image, video or audio you upload as an input.
- You may not generate content depicting real people without their consent, sexual content involving minors, or material that is illegal where you are.
- You may not resell access, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing model.
5. Rights in the output
As between you and us, you own the media you generate, subject to your having paid for it and complied with these terms. Note that AI-generated output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and that similar prompts can produce similar results for other users — we do not grant exclusivity.
If you publish media to the community gallery, you grant us a licence to display it within the service. Withdrawing it from the gallery, or closing your account, ends that display.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We depend on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or that a given model remains available.
[TO CONFIRM: limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity — these must be drafted for your jurisdiction and cannot be templated safely.]
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Content Policy, or where required by law. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
8. Changes and governing law
We will give notice of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept them before continuing to use the service.
Governing law and jurisdiction: [TO CONFIRM: governing law and competent courts].
